Project Overview

Satec Service Ltd completed the refurbishment and upgrade of the sewage pumping systems serving Hampton Court Palace. Wastewater from the site is collected through three independent systems: Tennis Court Lane, Round Kitchen, and Stone Garden.

Having originally installed the ejector systems, Satec was appointed to modernise the equipment, improving system reliability, increasing pumping capacity, and extending the operational life of the assets.

Scope of Works

The refurbishment included the replacement of the existing ejectors and the upgrade of the level control system. Traditional float controls were replaced with modern electronic level detection, providing improved operational performance, increased reliability, and more accurate pump control.

As part of the project, Satec also supplied a full range of replacement spare parts to support the ongoing maintenance and long-term operation of the upgraded systems.
