Clean/Potable Water System Servicing
Satec Service Limited are able to offer a routine Clean/Potable Water System Servicing and preventative maintenance packages covering any clean or potable water system you may have on your particular site, while we are also able to provide call out cover, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
As part of these packages we are able to supply service and spare parts for a number of the industry’s leading brands, including international group Eurowater, for whom Satec Service Limited are the UK distributor.
Our team of trained and experienced, multi-skilled Technicians and Engineers will ensure that any clean or potable water system continues to function at an optimum level, through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
We are also able to undertake the refurbishment of existing systems to enable the performance of facilities to be restored back to normal
Fleck Valves
Satec Service Limited are able to offer routine service and preventative maintenance packages covering Fleck control valves that may be encompassed within a water softening or demineralisation system.
The procedure will usually involve stripping the valve down in order to replace worn or faulty items such as piston assemblies, seals, spacers, gaskets, ‘o’ rings, adaptors and microswitches that may otherwise allow unwanted fluid migration between vessels.
Waste Water Servicing
Satec Service Limited are able to offer routine Waste Water Servicing and preventative maintenance packages covering any sewage or waste water servicing and associated handling system you may have on your particular site, while we are also able to provide call out cover, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
As part of these packages we are able to supply service and spare parts for a variety of installations including pumping and ejector stations, activated sludge plants, biological filters, flotation systems or tertiary treatment facilities.

Installation, Service and repair of odour control covers
Satec Service Ltd completed the Installation, Service and repair of odour control covers on some prestigious projects such as Beckton WWTW odour control project (see case study). There are two main system types; conventional rectangular panel design and geodesic domes. The size of these cover systems required innovative installation methods. Some were installed in-situ and others were built at ground level and then lifted into position by crane.
Depending on the application the covers sealing requirements can be stringent and require pressure testing, therefore it takes expert knowledge and experience to undertake the sealing. As with many outdoor seals they can become ineffective over time, Satec Service Ltd have undertaken a number of aluminium cover system refurbishments/services. This would usually involve the changing/cleaning of seal blades, reinstallation of battens and screws then a pressure or bubble test to ensure cover seals are working efficiently once again, alterations are also possible with our experienced engineers.
